    I took not only B1, but the whole b complex supplement for few month. And I agree that b vitamins deficiency always give you a lack of energy, fatigue, even muscle pain after gym, because that all stopped after a month of taking supplements.       If you haven’t tried yet, I would recommend you also to try the same nutraharmony vitamin b complex in drops – I liked it better, it’s easier to take and I literally feel more energy.
